They are minimally-invasive injections that temporarily reduce frown lines, forehead creases and crow’s feet. Physicians at Sunshine Skin Care can also use Botox to soften “bunny lines” or lines on the bridge of your nose as well as minor “smoker’s lines” above your top lip. Botox works by temporarily inhibiting the muscles that cause wrinkles while giving the skin a smoother, more refreshed appearance. Botox can also be used to help perfect the arch of the eyebrow or in some cases, even balance an uneven eyebrow. These injections do not have to be an ‘all or nothing’ treatment. A skilled injector can soften lines and even-out the symmetry of your face without causing the dreaded “frozen” look. At Sunshine Skin Care, Botox, and all other injectables are administered by a highly skilled physician. Treatments take just 15 minutes and within days* there is a noticeable improvement in moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, crow’s feet and forehead lines. These treatments are safe and Botox is FDA-approved to treat frown lines (glabellar lines). Additionally, Botox was FDA-approved to treat crow’s feet.
